The RefineX website introduces our refining-related services and helps prospective customers explain their materials and requirements. A metal category on the website does not mean that every material containing that metal can be received or processed. Suitability may depend on composition, quantity, safety, provenance, logistics, available capability and any legal requirements applicable to the proposed activity.

Please obtain written confirmation before delivering goods, arranging collections or making other commitments based on a general website description.

4. Assays, recovery and commercial estimates

Material grade, assay, recoverable content, recovered weight, purity, pricing, deductions, settlement and processing time depend on the material and the process actually agreed. An example or preliminary discussion is not a guaranteed result. Where applicable, a specific agreement should explain the testing method, how values will be determined and how disagreements will be handled.

5. Regulatory and commercial references

References to South African legal or regulatory requirements are provided to explain matters that may affect a proposed activity. Such references do not represent government approval or a licence to perform every possible activity. Any legally necessary authorisation must apply to the correct entity, premises and service.

6. External information and statutory rights

We may link to third-party websites or resources for convenience. Their information and services are outside our direct control. We may correct or update site content when circumstances change.
